Hello everyone my name is Jorge Salcedo and I am a licensed mortgage professional. Welcome to HOME EQUITY COACH. We are a community of homeowners and real estate experts and my goal is to:

As a mortgage advisor I provide educational material for buyers, sellers, and investors. I have vast knowledge in real estate and mortgage financing. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or multi-unit investor, my value proposition is to share information, tools and tips to help you achieve your homeownership goals.

My real estate and mortgage journey started in 2007 when I became a licensed real estate broker in California. Professional development is a big deal for me and I wanted to be a business professional not just a loan officer. In 2013, I decided to pursue my graduate degree from a top 10 university. In 2016, I earned my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business (USC). Fight on!

You would think that going back to school for three years to earn my MBA and working full time would be enough for me, but it wasn’t. As soon as I graduated I decided to continue my education. In 2018, I earned my project management certificate (PMP) from the extensions program at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

I believe my work ethic, professionalism, knowledge, and obsession with helping my clients, family, and friends with achieving their homeownership goals is what differentiates me from other mortgage advisors and realtors. I go above and beyond for my clients.
